On Saturday, I went to the Tulip Festival. It was a nice morning (despite that crazy wind) to spend by myself snapping photos.
I will admit, though, I was sorta disappointed by the Festival. I thought I'd see acres and acres of Tulips. I didn't. They were planted along the trails, and there were a lot that had not yet bloomed.
So, I found myself snapping buds on trees and people more than the actual tulips.
However, it was still fun; the gardens at Thanksgiving Point are beautiful.

More tulips here.

Pretty photos! I've been waiting until my tulips bloom, since everyone's been saying the tulips at Thanksgiving Point aren't out in full force just yet. I'm still waiting anxiously...
hey, i also had some tulip (bulbs) presence over the weekend! :)
Lace,
I was going to go this past weekend too but found out that the tulips are only 20% in bloom so I am going to give it another 2 weeks. It is soooo worth it when they are all out. It is amazing..something I want to do every year with my kids. You might have to sneak back over in a few weeks and check it out.
Love these photos. I am so jealous. I love flowers and tulips.
