a little teen spirit.
Kurt Cobain would've turned 40 today.
I had to post about him, because, well I love his music. (I have a very fond memory listening to their Unplugged album on my to San Fransisco in the seventh grade.) And, second, he was one of my first big celebrity crushes. I thought his blue eyes were dreamy, and the way he never washed his hair? Very endearing.
Listen for a reminder of what made Nirvana, Nirvana.

I think in seventh grade I was probably listening to the Bengals or Erasure. You were way ahead of your time, Lace. I still think I'm about five years behind, maturity-wise.
Err, that's Bangles. I was a Bengal in high school.
Nice prank Lacey.
I clicked on the "Preview new Bloc Party album" link in your sidebar and it loaded Kidz Bop 11 with no Bloc Party insight.
But...I think might be buying this Kidz Bop. Way better then the previous 10 albums.
I think I was a late bloomer when it came to crushes. The only ones I recall were The Backstreet Boys, and of course, NSync.
Sorry, Brad... Link expired! You were too late. (Isn't that Kid Bopz album great?)
